The scheme is located within the London borough of Southwark on the corner of the Old Kent Road and Glengall Road; an elegant street located within a conservation area and housing a series of grade II listed houses.
Panter Hudspith aimed to provide an exemplary scheme as precedent to future developments along the Old Kent Road. Considerations include the appropriate response to the busier Old Kent Road side of the site while taking into consideration the conservation area on Glengall Road. The scheme responds to the good transport links and facilities of the area by providing high quality, high density housing.
